At ZapGaadi, we understand that personal belongings can sometimes be left behind during your trip. While we do our best to assist, we request that all customers to carefully check the vehicle before returning it.


Lost an Item?

If you believe you have left an item in a ZapGaadi vehicle, please contact us as soon as possible with the following details:

  • Booking ID
  • Vehicle details
  • Pickup & drop-off time
  • Description of the lost item

Our team will check with the vehicle and update you accordingly.


Our Process

  • Once reported, we will verify the vehicle and coordinate with our team
  • If the item is found, we will inform you and arrange return
  • Delivery or courier charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer

Important Notes

  • ZapGaadi is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle
  • We do not guarantee the recovery of lost items
  • Unclaimed items may be disposed of after a reasonable period
  • Perishable or unsafe items may be discarded immediately

Found an Item?

If you find any item in the vehicle during your rental, please inform us immediately. This helps us return it to the rightful owner.
